Norfolk | Up to £58,000 + Package | Social Housing Refurbishment

We are seeking an experienced

Site Manager to join a leading contractor delivering refurbishment works on a long-term social housing framework contract. With a secure pipeline of work and a strong reputation within the sector, this is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious individual looking for stability and career progression.

The Role

As Site Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day delivery of refurbishment projects within occupied residential properties, ensuring works are completed safely, on programme, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of Health & Safety regulations and site compliance
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple trades and subcontractors
  • SMSTS
  • CSCS Card
  • First Aid at Work
  • Full UK Driving Licence
  • Social housing or planned maintenance experience
  • Experience working on long-term framework contracts
  • MCIOB (or working towards)
  • Additional Health & Safety qualifications
