We are seeking an experienced

Site Manager to join a leading contractor delivering refurbishment works on a long-term social housing framework contract. The Role

As Site Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day delivery of refurbishment projects within occupied residential properties, ensuring works are completed safely, on programme, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

• Full UK Driving Licence
• Social housing or planned maintenance experience
