Job summary

Kier Group in Ipswich is seeking a Team Leader to join the Natural Resources, Nuclear & Networks team, based in Ipswich and working on the AnglianWater alliance. The role requires leading the IMRDS team, managing reactive site work on the water network, and driving safe, efficient service delivery.

Applicants should hold a full driving licence, NRSWA & EUSR Water Hygiene qualifications and a CSCS card, with strong communication and mentoring abilities to support colleagues and ensure exceptional

Job description

We're looking for a Team Leader to join our Natural Resources, Nuclear & Networks team based in Ipswich working on the AnglianWater alliance.

Location: Ipswich
Hours:45 hours per week

We are unable to offer certificates of sponsorship to any candidates in this role.

In this role, you'll be nurturing and guiding our IMRDS team (integrated maintenance, repair & developer services) who maintain Anglian Water's supply systems, address emergencies like water bursts and develop innovative ways to better service customers. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a real difference, leading a dedicated team whilst working hands-on in the field.

What will you be responsible for?

As a Team Leader, you'll be working within the reactive team, supporting them with site work on the water network. Your day to day will include:

• Ensuring your team's work complies with health, safety and environmental legislation whilst promoting sustainable practices
• Building collaborative relationships with supervisors and colleagues to effectively monitor progress and address challenges
• Creating positive customer experiences through thoughtful and professional communication
