Job summary

RTL Group Ltd is seeking a Site Manager to deliver a water treatment project in Manchester with an immediate start. The ideal candidate has strong civil engineering and MEICA experience on water treatment sites.

You will oversee day-to-day site operations, supervise subcontractors and site teams, ensure RAMS and safety compliance, and coordinate civils and MEICA activities to meet programme and specification. A driving licence and CSCS/SMSTS are required.

Qualifications

• CSCS Black or Gold required
• SMSTS certification required
• Civils and MEICA experience is essential
• Water treatment site experience is essential
• Experience managing subcontractors and site teams
• Knowledge of RAMS, health and safety and quality requirements
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Full UK driving licence required

The successful candidate must have a strong civil engineering and MEICA background, with previous experience working on water treatment sites.

Site Manager Responsibilities:
