Our client in Hornsea is seeking an experienced Site Manager to join a new build housing project. The successful candidate will manage the day-to-day site operations, ensuring works are carried out safely, efficiently and to the required quality standards.

Start ASAP and based in Hornsea, with extra work available. You will be hands-on on site and drive a strong safety culture across subcontractors and site teams.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Site Manager on housing developments.
• Hands-on leader capable of on-site involvement.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Solid understanding of health and safety and site procedures.
• Valid SMSTS and CSCS cards are required.

Responsabilités

• Oversee day-to-day management of the site on a new build housing project.
• Ensure works are completed safely, efficiently and to quality standards.
• Liaise with subcontractors and site team to maintain programme.
• Enforce site safety procedures and reporting requirements.
