Job summary

Linsco Recruitment requires a Site Manager to work in Northampton. The role offers daily rate and requires SMSTS, First Aid, and a Telehandler licence with proven housing project experience.

Responsibilities include supervising subcontractors, coordinating trades, and ensuring health & safety compliance, quality standards, and on-time progress across busy residential sites.

Qualifications

• Valid Black OR white CSCS Card - essential
• Valid First Aid certificate - essential
• Proven experience as a Site Manager on housing/residential projects
• Strong knowledge of construction health & safety regulations
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Ability to manage subcontractors and multiple trades effectively
• Previous experience working on busy construction sites
