Job summary

Daniel Owen Ltd is seeking an experienced Site Manager for a new build housing project in Beverley. The successful candidate will oversee day-to-day site management, ensuring works are completed safely, efficiently and to the required quality standards.

The role requires valid SMSTS, First Aid, and CSCS Card, with hands-on involvement on site and strong communication and health & safety awareness. Start ASAP with ongoing work and one position available.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Site Manager, ideally within new build housing
• Must be hands-on and willing to get involved on site
