Job summary

Sphere Solutions is seeking a Site Manager for a housing project in Hull. You will lead day-to-day site operations, coordinate subcontractors, and ensure works are completed safely, on programme and to the required quality.

You will maintain high health and safety standards, conduct site inspections and manage snagging, while liaising with the client and project team to keep everyone aligned. This freelance role is ongoing with a structured work pattern.

Rate: £28.54 per hour Umbrella

Hours: 42-45 hours per week

Sphere Solutions are currently recruiting for an experienced Site Manager to work with a key housing client on an ongoing project in Hull.

This is a long-term freelance opportunity for a Site Manager with a strong background in housing who is confident managing site operations, subcontractors and health & safety.
