Job summary

HELMREC is seeking a Site Manager for a Glasgow city centre commercial office Cat A fit-out. Immediate start on a 12+ month project, with on-site leadership and coordination of internal works.

The role requires CSCS, SMSTS and First Aid, with proven experience delivering Cat A fit-outs in busy urban environments, and offers £300/day on a CIS contract.

Qualifications

• CSCS Card required.
• SMSTS qualification required.
• First Aid trained or certified.
• Experience delivering Cat A fit-outs in commercial offices.

Responsibilities

• Immediate start on site.
• Lead the Cat A fit-out and coordinate internal works on the Glasgow city centre project.
• Ensure safety, programming and site liaison with sub-contractors.
