Job summary

You will be responsible for day-to-day site management, coordinating trades, ensuring safety, and maintaining presentation and professionalism on site.

Qualifications

• Experience on similar cladding remediation projects is preferred.
• Live high-rise accommodation site, must be well presented and professional.
• Main contractor experience is essential.
• CSCS, SMSTS and First Aid are the minimum requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day running of the site.
• Maintain client liaison and site safety.
