Rogers McHugh in Leeds is seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee a CAT B office fit-out, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. The role covers day-to-day on-site leadership and coordination of subcontractors on a fast-paced interior project.

This 8-week contract (with potential for ongoing work) offers a day rate of £250–£270, negotiable, and requires SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid, Fire Marshal and Asbestos Awareness, plus outstanding leadership and

• Proven experience as a Site Manager on CAT B office fit-out projects.
• Strong knowledge of interior fit-out processes and sequencing.
• Valid certifications: SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid, Fire Marshal, and Asbestos Awareness.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple trades and tight deadlines.

Responsabilidades

• Manage site health & safety, including RAMS and compliance
