Site Manager

Salary: £200-250 per day

Location: Chatham, Kent

Region: Kent

We are currently recruiting for an up and coming development that is looking for experienced freelance site managers to work for a leading residential developer.

They have a site starting next month that is based in Chatham and is a mix of 2-4 bedroom houses and 1-2 bedroom flats on a large site that will include new amenities with a large amount of space.

The role will incorporate looking after the subcontractors, all health and safety onsite, and making sure work is completed to a high standard.

You will need to have a valid SMSTS, CSCS, and first aid certification.

This is a 7-month contract paying £200-230 per day.
