Ultimate Construction Logistics is seeking a Site Manager to cover a holiday on a luxury care home project in Wokingham. The role runs for 1 week as a freelance placement, starting Friday 7th August, with the site in the foundation and drainage stage.

You will oversee trades, monitor labour, and produce reports for the Senior Site Manager, ensuring clear communication across the project.

The Project

Development of a luxury new build Care Home.

The Role

To work in the position of Site Manager covering the current Site Managers holiday.

The project is at the foundation and drainage stage.

Key Requirements

• Liaising on all levels to ensure effective communication is always maintained
• You must be able to monitor trades and labour on site, complete reports and report back to the Senior Site Manager
• SMSTS, CSCS, FIRST AID

About You

• You will have gained 2+ years' experience working for a developer or main contractor as a Site Manager
