Job summary

A long-standing role with Allscreens Nationwide Ltd requires an experienced Site Manager to oversee construction operations in the Maidstone area. You will coordinate day-to-day site activities, manage subcontractors, and ensure work is completed safely, on time, and within budget.

You'll coordinate materials, labour and schedules, lead site meetings and communicate with clients, architects and project managers while monitoring progress and costs. A driving licence and local travel are essential.

Qualifications

• Proven track record as a Site Manager (ideally in residential or commercial construction).
• Strong understanding of H&S legislation and building regulations.
• Excellent communication, leadership and organisation skills.
• Driving licence and ability to travel locally as required.
• SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid certifications preferred.
