Job summary

Falcon Green Personnel is recruiting for a site manager to support a live housing development in Fleet during handover. The role involves day-to-day site operations, supervising trades and subcontractors, and ensuring safety, quality, and paperwork are maintained.

Ideal applicants will have proven site management experience in volume new build housing, a strong eye for detail, and essential qualifications (SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid). You will liaise with customers to facilitate a smooth handover.

We're recruiting on behalf of a leading UK residential developer who are nearing the handover of a housing site, and require a site manager to come in for 2 weeks minimum to deal with the handover

The Role:

• Overseeing day-to-day site operations on a live housing development
