Job summary

A freelance Site Manager role in Dartford, DA1, starts Tuesday 1st September on an office fit-out project for 8 weeks. The Site Manager will oversee the project, ensuring timely completion, safety compliance and coordination of on-site staff and subcontractors.

Key duties include supervising site activity, maintaining quality control, liaising with subcontractors, and enforcing health and safety procedures.

Qualifications

• CSCS, SMSTS & First Aid at Work are required.
• Experience in on-site supervision and coordination of staff and subcontractors.
• Strong health, safety and environmental standards adherence is essential.
• Good communication and liaison skills are required.

This job for a freelance Site Manager joins an established project team on a scheme in Dartford, DA1 to start Tuesday 1st September for a project duration of 8 weeks. The key responsibility in this role of the Site Manager will be to manage and oversee the succesful completion of an office fit out project.
