Job summary

Allscreens Nationwide Ltd is seeking an experienced Assistant Site Manager to join a busy traditional build project in Maidstone on a freelance basis.

You will support the Site Manager and Project Manager on site, oversee plots from 1st fix to handover, coordinate trades, ensure H&S compliance and maintain quality control.

The role offers a long-term freelance contract with a day rate of £240–£250 and the chance to work with a respected PLC on a steady pipeline of work.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as Assistant Site Manager with a developer.
• Strong knowledge of the build process from 1st fix to handover.
• Proven ability to manage multiple trades on a fast-paced site.

Requirements for Assistant Site Manager

• Previous experience working as an Assistant Site Manager with a developer
• Strong knowledge of the build process from 1st fix to handover
• Proven ability to manage multiple trades on a fast paced site
• Valid CSCS, SMSTS and 1st Aid
