Job Title: Site Manager
Location: Bicester
Rate: £300-£350 per day (Umbrella)
Start Date: 16th June 2025
Duration: 6 Months

The Opportunity:

Linsco are looking for an experienced Site Manager to join their clients team on a 6-month freelance contract based on a site in Bicester.

This role is ideal for a highly organised individual with a strong background in site management on secure or public sector projects. A valid Black or Gold CSCS card, SMSTS, and First Aid certification are essential. Security clearance is required and will be processed after your start date.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day site operations and ensure compliance with H&S and project specifications
• Manage subcontractors and ensure site is running to programme
• Maintain site records and documentation in line with clients standards
• Coordinate with project stakeholders
• Ensure safe and secure working practices are maintained at all times

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Site Manager, ideally on public sector or secure-site projects
• Black or Gold CSCS Card
• SMSTS & First Aid (in date)
• Strong communication and organisational skills
