Electrical Site Manager

Sector: Hospitality Fit-Out - Pubs, Bars, Restaurants

Location: Nationwide (UK-wide travel required)

Salary: £32 - £35 / hour + Van & Allowances

Type: Permanent Contract

My client is hiring a hands-on Electrical Site Manager / Working Foreman to lead fast-paced pub, bar, and restaurant fit-out projects across the UK. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in hospitality refurbishments and be capable of performing foreman duties.

Responsibilities:

1. Managing and working alongside site electricians on fit-out projects.
2. Getting involved with the tools where needed to keep projects on track.
3. Coordinating labour, materials, and installation schedules on site.
4. Ensuring electrical works are completed to high standards and within the programme.
5. Acting as the main point of contact on site - liaising with Project Managers, contractors, and clients.
6. Leading toolbox talks and enforcing Health & Safety standards.
7. Reading and working from electrical drawings.

Certifications/Qualifications:

• Background as an Electrical Site Manager, Working Foreman, or Lead Electrician.
• Experience in pubs, bars, restaurants, or similar hospitality environments.
• ECS Gold Card / JIB approved.
• SMSTS or SSSTS qualification.
• 18th Edition qualified.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Willing to travel nationwide and stay away as needed.
