M&E Site Manager - Oxford

£270 - £300 p/d

Great opportunity for an M&E Site Manager to join our client on a site near Oxford, delivering a range of Mechanical, Electrical, and Fabric upgrade projects with values between approximately £20k and £1m.

Our client is a leading FM & Construction business operating UK-wide on a range of exciting projects and contracts.

You will work on various projects across the campus site, leading both direct labor and subcontractors. Works will include M&E plant upgrade/replacement and minor fit-out and refurbishment projects.

Requirements for this role include a Site Manager from a Mechanical or Electrical trade background, along with SMSTS and First Aid certifications.

This is a site-based, 6-month contract with potential extension opportunities.
