Bidvest Noonan is seeking a Site Manager to oversee operations on a Newry site. The role requires leadership of cleaning, security, maintenance and help desk teams, ensuring service delivery aligns with client specifications and safety standards.

You will recruit, train and develop staff, maintain strong client relationships, and manage daily schedules and on-site issues with clear communication. Fluent English and a UK driving licence are essential.

Responsibilities

• Ensure contracted service delivery, audit readiness and compliance for the client.
• Recruit, manage, train, motivate and develop the cleaning, security, maintenance and help desk teams.
• Develop client relationship and daily interaction with support from Senior Operations Manager.
• Maintain excellent communication daily, handle queries and on-site issues.
• Manage schedules to ensure timely submission of accurate details.
• Report and meet KPI targets for day-to-day operations.
• Develop and support performance metrics; ensure specification compliance.
• Ensure equipment is clean and well maintained; respond to client requests.

Job description

Bidvest Noonan is seeking to hire a Site Manager based on site for a prestigious client in Newry.

This is a position that will suit an organised and energetic individual who is highly motivated and organised. The purpose of the role for the Site Manager is to ensure that their allocated area and team meets the required specification whilst adhering to defined procedures and health and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure that the contracted operational service delivery, audit readiness and compliance is managed and delivered for the Client
• Recruit, manage, train, motivate and develop the cleaning, security, maintenance and help desk teams.
• Manage and develop the client relationship and daily interaction with support from the Senior Operations Manager
• Maintain excellent levels of communication daily, dealing with queries and any on-site issues.
• Manage all schedules to ensure full compliance with correct details being submitted in a timely manner
• Responsible for ensuring all performance matters are reported and meet the agreed KPI's for the day-to-day operations
• Develop, implement, drive and support the performance metrics
• Ensure the contract is operating to and exceeding the required specification and performance and is regularly audited in line with specification
• Ensure that equipment is clean and well maintained
• Respond to client requests as required
• Fluent English both written and spoken.
