Job summary

Bidvest Noonan in Stockport is seeking a Cleaning Supervisor to lead a large cleaning team at a prestigious site. You will oversee daily operations, monitor standards, and cover sickness and holidays to ensure seamless service.

The role requires a minimum of two years' supervisory experience, a UK driving licence, knowledge of COSHH, and a strong eye for detail. You will work as part of a team and benefit from full uniform, paid holidays, a pension plan, ongoing training, and progression

Responsibilities

• Supervising a large cleaning team on a large site including sickness/holiday coverage, auditing and stock checks
• Ensuring cleaning standards are maintained across the site
• Understanding KPI/SLA targets and meeting them monthly including audits
• Following health and safety guidelines to maintain a safe working environment
• Maintaining strong working relationships with operatives
• Ensuring cleanliness of site offices, toilets, canteen areas and public footfall zones
• Performing and documenting routine inspection and maintenance activities
• Working as part of a team

Duties as a Cleaning Supervisor

• Supervising a large cleaning team on a large site which includes covering sickness, holidays, auditing and stock check
• Ensuring cleaning standards are maintained across the site
• Understand KPI/SLA's and to meet these monthly including audits
• Following health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment
• Ensuring strong working relationship with operatives
• Responsible for cleanliness of site offices and toilets canteen areas, Public foot fall areas
  
• Performing and documenting routine inspection and maintenance activities
• Working as part of a team

Job role requirements as a Cleaning Supervisor
