Job summary

Bidvest Noonan is seeking a Service Delivery Manager on site at a busy London site to ensure organised, efficient cleaning management and service delivery.

You will engage with clients at all levels, lead the cleaning team, monitor KPIs, and drive performance while maintaining audit readiness and strict compliance with specifications. The role requires resilience, strong communication, and the ability to prioritise in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Operational management experience in cleaning management.
• Environmental Health and Safety and business process awareness.
• Proven people management skills with the ability to communicate at all levels.
• Excellent computer skills, including Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Ensure contracted operational service delivery, audit readiness and compliance for the Client.
• Recruit, manage, train, motivate and develop the cleaning team.
• Manage and develop the client relationship and daily interaction with support from the Contract Manager.
• Maintain excellent levels of communication daily, dealing with queries and any on-site issues.
• Manage all schedules to ensure full compliance with correct details being submitted in a timely manner.
• Responsible for ensuring all performance matters are reported and meet the agreed KPI’s for day-to-day operations.
• Develop, implement, drive and support the performance metrics.
• Ensure the contract is operating to and exceeding the required specification and performance and is regularly audited in line with specification.
• Ability to prioritise and manage an ever-changing workload.
• BICSc trained or be willing to undergo BICSc training.
• Organisational and time-management skills.
• Comfortable working alone and in a team.

The role requires flexible and resilience. The successful candidate will have a previous experience in cleaning management and service delivery.

The Ideal Candidate:
