Job summary

Bidvest Noonan is hiring a Site Supervisor to lead a large cleaning team at our client site. You will cover sickness, holidays and stock checks while upholding cleaning standards and monthly KPI/SLA targets. A strong emphasis on health and safety and teamwork will guide daily operations.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years in a supervisory role, a full UK driving license and COSHH knowledge. You will be reliable, detail-oriented and flexible to meet business needs, with opportunities for

• Minimum 2 years supervisory experience, managing a team of cleaners.
• Full UK driving license.

Responsibilities

• Supervising a large cleaning team on a large site including sickness cover, holidays, auditing and stock checks.
• Ensuring cleaning standards are maintained across the site.
• Understand KPI/SLA’s and meet them monthly including audits.
• Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
• Maintain strong working relationships with operatives.
• Ensure cleanliness of site offices, toilets, canteen areas and warehouse.
• Perform and document routine inspection and maintenance activities.
• Work in a timely manner to ensure cinemas are prepared for the public.
• Work as part of a team.

Duties as a site Supervisor

• Supervising a large cleaning team on a large site which includes covering sickness, holidays, auditing and stock check
• Ensuring cleaning standards are maintained across the site
• Understand KPI/SLA’s and to meet these monthly including audits
• Following health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment
• Ensuring strong working relationship with operatives
• Responsible for cleanliness of site offices and toilets canteen areas, warehouse
  
• Performing and documenting routine inspection and maintenance activities
• Working in a timely manner to ensure cinemas are prepared for the public
