Job summary

Bidvest Noonan in Dublin is hiring a Site Cleaning Manager to oversee contracted cleaning services on site. The role focuses on delivering audit-ready operations, managing the cleaning team, and maintaining strong client relationships.

You’ll recruit, train, motivate, and develop staff, and ensure schedules and KPIs are met with high standards. The ideal candidate will have prior contract management experience, EH&S awareness, and proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint.

Job description

Bidvest Noonan is seeking to hire a Site Cleaning Manager based on site for a prestigious client in Dublin. This is a position that will suit an organised and energetic individual who is highly motivated and organised. The successful candidate will have a previous experience in Contract Management.

Working Pattern:

Monday 05.00am-11.30am

Tuesday 05.00am-11.30am

Thursday 05.00am-11.30am

Friday 05.00am-12.00am

Saturday 05.00am-12.00am

The Ideal Candidate:

• The primary role is to ensure that the contracted operational service delivery, audit readiness and compliance is managed and delivered for the Client
• Recruit, manage, train, motivate and develop the cleaning team
• Manage and develop the client relationship and daily interaction with support from the Senior Operations Manager
• Maintain excellent levels of communication daily, dealing with queries and any on-site issues.
• Manage all schedules to ensure full compliance with correct details being submitted in a timely manner
• Responsible for ensuring all performance matters are reported and meet the agreed KPIs for the day-to-day operations
• Develop, implement, drive and support the performance metrics
• Ensure the contract is operating to and exceeding the required specification and performance and is regularly audited in line with specification

Requirements:

• Do you have Operational Management experience in Contract Management?
• Do you have Environmental Health and Safety and Business Process awareness?
• Do you have proven people management skills with the ability to communicate at all levels?
• Do you have excellent computer skills, including Excel and PowerPoint?
