SUEZ is seeking a dedicated supervisor to oversee site operations in the UK. You will manage the team to comply with site licences and contracts, and lead on health and safety for staff and site users.

The role focuses on promoting recycling, maintaining clean site access, and reporting any issues promptly. Training will be provided to support waste acceptance and equipment operation, with opportunities for professional growth within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Team leader or supervisor experience is essential.
• Flexible, forward thinking approach to work is required.
• Willingness to undertake training for waste acceptance and site machinery operation.

Responsabilités

• Proactively manage the site and all employees to ensure operations remain compliant.
• Ensure health and safety of self, colleagues, and site users.
• Be accountable for the site, employees, and public on site.
• Assist members of the public politely and courteously.
• Promote recycling and diversion of waste from landfill.
• Report non-compliances or discrepancies to the site manager.
• Complete administrative reporting accurately and promptly.
• Keep access roads and the site clean and tidy.
• Perform other duties reasonably requested within the role.
