SUEZ is seeking a Contract Supervisor to help ensure the smooth, safe, and efficient running of refuse and recycling services. You’ll report to the Assistant Contract Manager and work with the management team to deliver high‑quality service to communities, with occasional weekend work.

You’ll supervise crews, manage timesheets and staffing, and uphold health, safety, and sustainability standards while fostering a positive, continuous improvement culture.

Qualificações

• Supervisory or team‑leader experience, essential in logistics, waste, or transport settings.
• Strong leadership and clear communication with diverse teams.
• Good IT skills and familiarity with fleet operations or logistics workflows (desirable).

Responsabilidades

• You’ll support the daily operation of waste and recycling collections, monitoring crews, completing on‑site inspections, and contributing to a safety‑focused culture.
• You’ll manage day‑to‑day tasks such as timesheets, staffing levels, workforce briefings, and incident reporting or investigations.
