Qualifications

• Proven experience of managing and being accountable for a complex, multi-site contract delivering business objectives.
• Ability to deliver business performance including developing and implementing opportunities to improve growth and efficiencies.
• Experience delivering high health & safety, environmental and business standards.
• Client-centric approach with vision, sustainability focus and willingness to innovate.
• Proactive and collaborative approach to improve business processes, quality and performance.
• Experience in the waste industry or logistics is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Interface with the Client regarding operational delivery and management within the region and build a positive relationship while ensuring contract compliance.
• Develop and maintain excellent relationships with key stakeholders including SUEZ DRS Regional Manager and Client delivery partners to ensure smooth regional service and country-wide delivery.
• Manage relationships with third party delivery partners and ensure their performance supports contract targets.
• Ensure compliance with operational, contractual and performance management targets within the contract.
• Maintain a professional image to internal and external customers and stakeholders.
• Coordinate with internal SUEZ teams to ensure delivery of service through existing partners.
