Job summary

SUEZ in the United Kingdom seeks a Senior Site Manager to lead waste treatment operations at our sites around Ruislip. You will guide daily activities, motivate teams, and ensure production runs smoothly while maintaining safety, quality and regulatory compliance.

You will monitor budgets, drive improvements from performance data, manage on-site and external maintenance, and foster a culture of excellence and customer focus.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in site or production management.
• WAMITAB qualification is essential.
• Experience managing site budgets.
• Experience leading and developing teams.
• Experience with fixed & mobile plant.
• Strong health, safety and environmental leadership.
• Data-driven approach to improvement.
