E3 Recruitment is seeking a hands-on IT Support Analyst to join a busy manufacturing site in Accrington on a three-month fixed-term contract. The role is site-based with a pro rata salary of £30,000–£40,000, paid weekly, and you will be the first point of contact for IT support across the site.

You will diagnose and resolve hardware, software, access and connectivity issues, manage Microsoft Entra ID, Intune, SharePoint and Teams, and support Windows Server environments.

Competenze

• Minimum 1–2 years in an IT support, service desk or help desk role.
• Experience with operating systems, business software, ticketing systems and user administration.

Mansioni

• Create and manage Microsoft Entra ID user and guest accounts, and assign security groups.
• Manage desktops, laptops and Apple devices through Microsoft Intune; monitor configuration and compliance policy deployment.
• Administer SharePoint sites, manage user access, permissions and document stores; monitor security and access rights.
• Support Microsoft Teams administration, channel management, user assignment and permissions.
• Support Windows Server 2022 environments, focusing on file server roles and secure access.
• Troubleshoot Meraki switches, wireless APs, VPN and firewall rules for reliable connectivity.
• Provide first-line support for Windows desktops and Microsoft 365 apps; resolve login and Office issues.
• Log, prioritize and progress incidents; escalate complex issues as needed.
