Job summary

Nestlé is seeking an experienced IT professional to act as the key link between Bromborough site operations, Group IT, and external technology partners. The role is hands-on and business-facing, coordinating day-to-day IT operations, end-user support, local infrastructure, and Dynamics 365 F&SCM responsibilities for around 200 staff.

You will manage Windows and Microsoft 365, Active Directory/Entra ID, and hardware lifecycle, while engaging with manufacturing and engineering teams to ensure

Qualifications

• Hands-on IT support experience, preferably in manufacturing or industrial environments.
• Experience with Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain Management (F&SCM).
• Broad skills across end-user support, Windows & Microsoft 365, basic networking and hardware.
• Ability to manage stakeholders and coordinate with site operations, IT groups and external partners.

Responsibilities

• Provide first- and second-line IT support for ~200 staff at the Bromborough site (office and shop-floor).
• Manage end-user computing: laptops, desktops, mobiles, printers, AV equipment.
• Onboard/offboard users, manage accounts and access requests.
• Own IT request queue and coordinate with Head of Group IT or external partners as needed.
• Maintain site network, Wi‑Fi, local servers and hardware inventory.
• Support manufacturing/OT and shop-floor systems in collaboration with operations.
• Support D365 F&SCM data gathering, testing, training and go-live activities.
• Adhere to group security policies, backups, endpoint protection, and access controls.
• Coordinate with MSPs, telecoms and hardware vendors; track tickets and deliveries.
