Ernest-Gordon-Recruitment-Limited is seeking a Head of IT (Manufacturing) in Poole for a leading FMCG wholesaler. You will oversee IT strategy, maintain networks, and drive internal system improvements including Dynamics 365, while leading a four-person IT team in a busy environment.

The role requires FMCG IT leadership experience, strong collaboration, and the ability to commute to Poole. Office-based posting with training opportunities and company benefits.

Qualifications

• Head of IT or similar with FMCG background.
• Experience leading IT teams and delivering system improvements.
• Able to commute to Poole.

Responsibilities

• Implement processes and procedures across the business.
• Maintain and improve IT and phone networks.
• Implement and develop internal systems, including Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Design and improve internal applications.
• Lead and manage a team of four.
• Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm.
