Job summary

Interface Recruitment is seeking an ERP Systems Coordinator for a multi-site manufacturing group in West Yorkshire. The role focuses on implementing and developing the ERP environment, with emphasis on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and NAV 2018, including reporting improvements and on-site support.

You will manage data migration, system integration and configuration, and provide first/second-line ERP support while working with internal stakeholders and external partners during rollout.

Qualifications

• Experience with implementing or optimising Dynamics 365 Business Central or NAV 2018.
• Knowledge of ERP data migration, integration and configuration.
• SQL or database query experience for troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of ERP integration, implementation, development and optimisation.
• Analyse business requirements and translate into ERP solutions.
• Manage data migration with third-party suppliers and ensure data quality.
• Provide first and second-line ERP support and troubleshoot issues.
• Support on-site peripherals connected to the ERP system.
• Configure and customise Business Central and NAV for scalability.
• Train users and produce supporting documentation.
