Job summary

Azenta UK, Ltd. in Wotton is seeking a Production Technician to operate injection moulding lines, set up parameters, and ensure components meet quality standards. You will work closely with Mould Shop, Tool Room and QC, performing tool changes and documenting production activities.

You will uphold a clean, safe working environment on a rural site with on-site parking and use of standard office software. Experience with ISO 9001/13485 is valued and reliability is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in injection moulding with optimisation of process parameters.
• Ability to set up, monitor and optimise moulding processes to meet quality criteria.
• Familiar with ISO 9001/13485 and cleanroom practices is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Perform mould tool changes in line with production schedules and requirements.
• Set up, monitor, and optimise injection moulding parameters for quality components.
• Support Mould Shop Supervisors in achieving First-Off approval for new batches.
• Complete production documentation accurately and on time.
• Coordinate with Tool Room and QC to resolve issues and support production.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
