Job summary

DHL Supply Chain at the Sainsbury's NDC in Stoke is seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join the on-site HR Team on a 6-month fixed-term contract. You will manage complex ER cases, advise site management, and use data from absence, conduct and performance to inform decisions.

You will partner with First Line Managers, deliver targeted training, and support wellbeing initiatives while staying up to date with employment law changes that affect HR policies.

Qualifications

• Experience in HR advisory within logistics or similar environment.
• 1
• Proven ability to lead ER cases from start to resolution.
• Knowledge of absence, wellbeing, and performance data.
• Comfort with HR systems and Microsoft Office.
