Job summary

DHL Supply Chain is seeking an HR Advisor for our Liverpool site (L11 0JA). The role is site-based with travel to other sites as required.

You will support HRBP and site leadership to deliver the strategic HR plan, advise on policy, and provide proactive HR service to managers and colleagues. You will manage employee relations, policy interpretation, workforce planning and sickness absence, delivering accurate HR data to enable decisions.
