The successful candidate will advise managers, ensure legal compliance, and support regional HR projects while maintaining strong employee relations across sites.

Qualifications

• Experience in a HR Advisor/Generalist role with significant Employee Relations responsibility.
• Proven track record of handling high-volume ER caseloads from start to resolution.
• Strong knowledge of UK Employment Law across complex scenarios.
• Experience advising and coaching managers on HR matters using best practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage employee relations cases from start to finish (disciplinary, grievance, absence, capability, investigation).
• Provide expert advice and coaching to managers on employment law and HR policies.
• Conduct and support workplace investigations with comprehensive reports and recommendations.
• Partner with managers to resolve people challenges balancing business needs with wellbeing and risk.
• Identify and escalate complex or high-risk ER matters as appropriate.
• Support organisational change initiatives and regional HR projects.
• Maintain accurate and compliant ER records and documentation.
• Build relationships with leaders to drive engagement and consistent outcomes.
