Job summary

BMDIs UK, part of the BMD Group, is seeking a full-time Foreman to lead on-site construction teams across the UK. You will supervise daily operations, subcontractors, and plant machinery, ensuring safe, on-time, and on-budget delivery while upholding quality and RAMS compliance.

The role requires weekly travel and site presence, with a focus on coordinating discipline trades, monitoring progress, and maintaining health and safety standards across projects.

Qualifications

• Extensive site-based civil engineering experience.
• Valid CSCS Card.
• SSSTS or SMSTS certification required.
• Strong leadership, communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Site supervision of crews, plant, and earthworks for infrastructure projects.
• Conduct inductions, daily briefings, and toolbox talks to maintain HSE standards.
• Plan and schedule work activities to meet project specifications and drawings.
• Track progress and record daily site activities for site managers.
• Ensure quality control and adherence to RAMS and drawings.
