Job summary

BMDIs UK, part of the BMD Group, is seeking a full-time Foreman to lead on-site construction teams across UK projects. You will supervise daily operations, subcontractors, and plant machinery, ensuring safety, quality, and budget adherence while coordinating with management and operatives.

The role requires strong leadership, site supervision experience, and valid CSCS with SSSTS/SMSTS certifications. Travel and weekly away stays are expected as per project needs.

Qualifications

• On-site foreman with civil engineering focus and ability to supervise crews.
• Experience supervising subcontractors and plant machinery.
• Strong adherence to drawings, QA, and RAMS compliance.
• CSCS card required; SSSTS or SMSTS certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Site supervision of crews, plant, and materials for earthworks and infrastructure.
• Inductions, daily briefings, and toolbox talks to maintain HSE standards.
• Schedule work to meet project specifications and drawings.
• Track progress and record daily site activities for managers.
• Enforce adherence to drawings and quality standards.
