Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a Site Foreman to supervise daily construction-site operations in East London. This hands-on role directs a crew, enforces safety, and ensures work is completed to spec and on schedule.

You will coordinate with site management, read basic plans, manage tools and materials, and mentor workers toward progression, with overtime opportunities and a provident fund.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in a supervisory role on construction sites.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a team of construction workers.
• Solid understanding of construction methods, tools, and equipment.
