Placements24 is seeking a seasoned Construction Site Manager to lead on-site operations for major projects in East London. You will oversee site personnel, subcontractors, material procurement, and quality control to deliver safely, on schedule, and within budget.

The role requires a proven track record managing complex sites, strong leadership and communication, and thorough knowledge of construction methods and safety regulations.

Qualifications

• Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 6 years in construction site management or similar leadership role.
• Knowledge of construction methods, building codes, and safety regulations.
• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
• Ability to read and interpret complex blueprints and project documentation.

• Manage and supervise all daily construction activities on site, ensuring adherence to plans and specifications.
• Implement and enforce rigorous health and safety protocols, ensuring a safe working environment for all personnel.
