Job summary

ISS Facilities Services in Bristol is seeking a Workplace Experience Manager to oversee the delivery of facilities management contracts on site, driving operational excellence and client satisfaction. You will connect client needs with the capabilities of operational teams and supply chain partners, lead frontline teams, ensure compliance, safety, and value creation.

Reporting to an Account Manager, you will manage budgets, deliver improvements, and build long-term partnerships with stakeholders

Qualifications

• Experience leading teams in service industries.
• Experience in facilities management or related operating environments.
• Proven track record mentoring and developing operational teams.
• Strong health and safety knowledge and ensuring compliance.
• IOSH certification is desirable.
• Experience managing client-focused site operations.

Responsibilities

• Take overall responsibility for site management and performance.
• Ensure all KPIs and SLAs are achieved or exceeded.
• Act as primary client contact and build relationships with stakeholders.
• Lead delivery of facilities services across site operations.
• Champion health and safety standards and safe operations.
• Manage site budgets and identify cost efficiencies while maintaining service quality.
• Develop and support frontline teams, ensuring engagement and performance.
• Identify opportunities to enhance service delivery and expand service lines.
