Job summary
Morgan Advanced Materials is seeking a Site ERP Implementation Coordinator for our Rugby site to support the rollout of a major ERP transformation programme. You will coordinate local implementation activities, training, testing, data validation and go-live support.
Working closely with site leadership and the global ERP project team, you will act as the liaison between local stakeholders and the ERP project team, monitor progress and assist with data migration and post-implementation activities.
Qualifications
- Experience supporting ERP, transformation or business change projects.
- Strong project coordination and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
- Comfortable using Excel and working with data.
- Experience with Azure DevOps would be advantageous.
- Manufacturing experience is desirable.
Responsibilities
- Act as the site liaison between local stakeholders and the ERP project team.
- Coordinate project plans, training and testing activities.
- Support change management and business readiness initiatives.
- Assist with data validation and migration activities.
- Monitor project progress, risks and issues.
- Support go-live and post-implementation activities.
