Job summary

Modis International Ltd / Modis Europe Ltd are seeking an ERP Change Manager for a 24‑month fixed term contract based on site in Sheffield. You will lead the people side of ERP transformation, designing change strategies, conducting impact assessments and preparing teams for transitions across multiple business functions.

The role requires strong stakeholder influence, experience with ERP programmes (SAP/Oracle/Dynamics/IFS or similar) and an ability to embed new processes and governance.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering ERP change in large transformations.
• Ability to map impacts across functions and processes.
• Experience with stakeholder engagement and leadership alignment.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver the ERP change strategy.
• Conduct change impact assessments across functions.
• Lead readiness and adoption tracking.
• Oversee training strategy with functional leads.
• Influence senior stakeholders to drive behavioural change.
