Job summary

Wedo Technology Solutions Ltd. is seeking an experienced ERP Project/Programme Manager to lead a full end-to-end ERP implementation in Hampshire, on-site, four days per week.

You will own mobilisation through to post-go-live, partnering with senior leadership and the implementation partner to ensure delivery. The ideal candidate has a track record of multiple full ERP cycles in manufacturing, distribution, or product-based businesses, with strong governance and change-management skills.

Qualifications

• ERP project management experience delivering end-to-end ERP implementations.
• Strong ability to manage executive stakeholders and Steering Committees.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional workstreams and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end ERP implementation programme.
• Own governance, planning, reporting and programme controls.
• Manage executive stakeholders and Steering Committee meetings.
• Coordinate with implementation partner and third-party vendors.
• Oversee data migration, testing, cutover and go-live.
• Drive business readiness and user adoption.
