Job summary

Scolmore is seeking a Project Manager to support ERP and WMS implementation programmes across multiple sites. You will manage project plans, governance, testing, training, cutover activities, and PMO initiatives across IT, operations, supply chain, and more.

Essentially, you will coordinate with stakeholders, monitor progress, produce documentation, and drive continuous improvement while traveling across sites to ensure successful delivery.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of proven project management experience.
• Strong organisational and planning abilities.
• Clear communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to independently manage tasks and small project phases.
• Experience creating detailed project documentation (plans, business cases, reports).
• Proficiency with project management software and MS Office 365.

Responsibilities

• Support planning, scheduling, and delivery of projects within scope, time, and budget.
• Monitor progress, identify risks or issues, and implement corrective actions.
• Produce and maintain project documentation (business cases, plans, reports).
• Coordinate with teams, stakeholders, and suppliers for alignment and delivery.
• Track resources and costs, providing accurate reporting and updates.
• Support risk, issue, and change management processes.
• Contribute to PMO standards, processes, and best practices.
• Manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
