Job summary

Espuk is seeking a Project Manager to lead ERP and WMS implementation programmes across multiple sites. You will drive project planning, governance, testing, training, cutover activities and PMO-led initiatives across IT, operations, supply chain and finance.

Travel across all sites is required. The role demands strong organisational, communication and stakeholder management skills, with a proven ability to deliver detailed documentation and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years proven project management experience.
• Strong organisational and planning abilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Ability to independently manage tasks and small project phases.
• Experience creating detailed project documentation (plans, business cases, reports).
• Proficiency with project management software.
• Excellent telephone manner and client-facing experience.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365.
• Quick learner capable of learning new technologies.
• Driving licence.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Basic understanding of security and data privacy principles.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and deliver projects to meet objectives, timelines and budgets.
• Monitor progress, identify risks and issues, and implement corrective actions.
• Produce and maintain business cases, project plans, status reports, and meeting minutes.
• Coordinate with teams, stakeholders, and suppliers to ensure alignment.
• Track resources, costs and KPIs, delivering accurate reports.
• Support risk, issue and change management and escalate as needed.
• Contribute to PMO process improvements.
• Manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
