Job summary

XYZ Reality is seeking an ERP Programme Owner at our Reading site to lead the selection and implementation of a new ERP system for production, procurement and logistics. You will drive data migration from E-Max, define the target data model, and ensure seamless integration with finance and CRM, while building a scalable system for future growth.

You will work closely with the Procurement Manager and be on-site at least three days per week, ensuring traceability, quality records and automated

Qualifications

• Experience implementing or migrating an ERP/MRP in manufacturing, ideally as owner.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing data structures: item masters, BOMs, routings, work orders.
• Data migration: extraction, cleansing, mapping, reconciliation.
• Advanced Excel; SQL/Power BI or equivalent desirable; UK right to work without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Own ERP replacement programme end-to-end: requirements, vendor selection, config, migration, testing, go-live.
• Map current to target processes across goods-in, stores, build, test, despatch, returns; enforce data model.
• Own data: purchasing, supplier, item-master data; manage integrations across ERP, finance, CRM.
• Implement serial-level traceability for component/build history; own ISO 9001 quality records.
• Build production reporting pack: yield, scrap, throughput, stock accuracy, on-time despatch.
• Identify and deliver process automation opportunities as production scales.
