Qualifications

• Candidates should have prior engineering leadership experience in fast-paced manufacturing.
• Proven ability to lead and develop shift engineering teams.
• Strong change management, financial and performance improvement track record.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Comfortable working with cross‑functional teams and senior stakeholders.
