Job summary

Florette in Lichfield is seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to join our site leadership team on a permanent basis. You will lead the engineering agenda, drive KPI delivery and oversee continuous improvement across the department, with two direct reports and a wider team of around 15 colleagues.

You will develop tracking systems to monitor performance, manage safety documentation and facilities, and control the engineering budget.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree and FMCG leadership experience.
• Proven ability to lead multi-disciplinary engineering teams.
• Strong data and KPI tracking to drive improvements.

Responsibilities

• Lead two direct reports with a wider team of ~15.
• Develop and implement maintenance and safety documentation across the site.
• Manage budget and cross-functional site goals.
