Key Talent Solutions/Keystone Personnel are seeking an experienced Site / Setting Out Engineer for a civil engineering project in Belfast. The role involves hands-on setting out and site engineering duties with precast concrete experience.

You will work from drawings and specifications, carry out surveys and as-built records, and maintain QA/QC documentation on site. Immediate start available for suitable candidates.

Qualifications

• Hands-on setting out and surveying on site.
• Experience working with precast concrete projects.
• Competent with total station / surveying equipment.
• Strong ability to read drawings and site documentation.
• CSCS card held or equivalent site safety qualification.

The role will involve hands-on setting out and site engineering duties, with experience working on precast concrete projects required.

Key responsibilities:

• Setting out and surveying works on site
• Working from engineering drawings and specifications
• Setting out associated with precast concrete works
• Carrying out surveys and as-built records
• QA/QC documentation and site records
• Liaising with site management and other members of the project team
• Ensuring works are completed accurately and in accordance with drawings

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Site Engineer / Setting Out Engineer
• Strong setting out and surveying experience
• Previous precast concrete experience
• Competent using total station / surveying equipment
• Good understanding of drawings and site documentation
• Valid CSCS card
• Able to work independently on site
• Available at short notice
